OTP Bank opens a corporate bank account in accordance with the effective regulations and on the basis of the documentation certifying the incorporation and the registration of the corporate enterprises or organizations.

Already registered companies/ organizations (ec: LLC, PLC, LtdP, Cooperatives)
- Articles of association
- Notarised specimen signatures
- Certificate of incorporation not older than than 30 days prior to the date of the application for account opening
- Application for tax registration (unless the certificate of incorporation contains the tax number and the statistical code)
Companies/ organizations under registrations
- Articles of association

- Company court certificate (company registration number, tax number, statistical code)
Civil organizations (eg, Foundations, asssociations)
- Articles of association
- Application for tax registration
- Resolution on the registration of the foundation no earlier than 30 days prior to the date of the application for account opening
Non-resident companies
- Certificate of registry not older than 30 days. (If not available then other document certifying the registration of corporate in the country of registered office in compliance with local laws, furthermore certifying the right of represent in form of authentic act)
- Signature registration card of representative(s). If not available then other document – if certificate of registry or other document equivalent doesn’t include - certifying the representative authority and the -specimen signature of representatives, in form of authentic act
- Master copy of charter document or a copy, certified by local notary, with apostille certificate, in authentic Hungarian translation
- Travel document(s) of representative(s)
- Chart of the entire ownership structure, detailing the direct and indirect owners, ownership stakes, name, address, registered office of owners, and includes the signature of representative(s)
- for non-resident owners documents indicating the owner are required. E.g. certificate of registry not older than 30 days or charter document
- Certification of tax number, in form of authentic act
