We will investigate your case based on the available documents and taking both consumer protection viewpoints and the contents of our Complaints Service Manual into consideration. The Manual is available on our website and in all our branch offices. According to our Terms and Conditions in case of bankcard transaction related complaints we will reply to you within 30 days. In case of complaints requiring the intervention of International Bankcard Institute the investigation may take 360 days. We inform you that according to our Terms and Conditions the disputed amount(s) will be automatically credited on your account with the original recon date within seven working days upon receiving the complaint form. Please note in case our investigation ascertains that your complaint was unjustified, the credited amount(s) will be debited on your account according to our bankcard Business Regulations.

Please also note that automatic crediting will not exclusively apply to transactions of with stolen or lost cards that are performed before the blocking time, and transactions, which were authorized, but not debited, and in case of Prepaid (surprise) cards.
