  • Security: The system requests multi-level identification (10-digit identifier, Telecode) for all types of account information.

The following services can be accessed under the individual menus

0You can block your lost or stolen card at any time anywhere in the world.
1You can query your account balance.
2You can activate your bank card mailed to you, change your secret Telecode, after cash withdrawal transactions, you can query your remaining daily limit and submit an instruction on your bank card being mailed to you.


In order to be able to use the OTPdirekt automated telephone service you

  • need a valid business card issued by OTP Bank,
  • need not conclude a separate contract in order to be able to access information, as your bankcard provides automatic access to it.

OTPdirekt Electra Terminal

If your company conducts regular high-volume payment transactions and it is important for you to always be able to access OTP Bank, then OTP Electra Terminal meeting even the most special needs is what your must be looking for.

The service enables you to access, over the telephone or via the Internet, the most recent bank information or forward their payment order to their business partners.

Offering user-friendly management adjustable to client needs with great flexibility, Electra Terminal is an electronic system managing our diverse banking services.

Availability

OTPdirekt Electra Terminal establishes a continuous link between your company’s computer and OTP Bank. The service is available 24/7; during the operating hours of the Bank’s account-keeping system we execute your orders immediately. Out-of-hours transaction orders are stored in the system’s electronic e-mail box until the start of the next operating period.
