S&P500
Since last November, this index has been hovering around the important natural level of 6,875. Almost a month ago, it broke the dominant upward trend. Despite this, the index did not fall, but only began to weaken in recent days, reaching a lower peak. It would not take much for a stronger correction to begin if the 6,780 level were to be broken. A correction phase could last for weeks. The first support level is at 6,563, but the only long-term buying level is around 5,938, which is halfway through the annual rise.
Resistance levels: 7,188; 7,500.
Support levels: 6,563; 6,250; 5,937; 5,781; 5,625.
