In recent years, artificial intelligence has become one of the most important topics in the technology sector. While much of the attention is focused on model developers and companies providing infrastructure, the long-term winners in this technology may also emerge on the application side. The interactive media segment is particularly interesting from this perspective, as the business models of companies operating in this field rely heavily on monetizing user attention and producing digital content. In the second part of our industry analysis series, we review current trends and potential catalysts affecting search engines and social media platforms.
European stock markets are currently outperforming their U.S. counterparts, and thanks to the gains of the past few days, our screenings have identified a number of interesting stocks. Among these, we have highlighted stocks that have recently shown signs of a structural turnaround, while strengthening buying pressure is also supporting the positive technical picture. One such company is Germany’s Nemetschek, a leading provider of construction and architectural design software. The other is the Dutch firm Wolters Kluwer, which offers professional information, software, and specialized database solutions. For both stocks, the search for long entry opportunities may have begun.
The market remains in an uptrend and is approaching the next key resistance level. There are no signs yet of a pattern that could trigger a significant change. MOL: A reversal began three days ago; the downtrend has been broken, and an uptrend may be on the horizon. Richter: It needs to break through the 12,500 level; if it does, it could return to an upward trajectory. Magyar Telekom: Following the first significant correction, the stock has been rising for a few days; if it fails to reach a new high, we could see another downtrend. Opus: It’s still in a downtrend, but the trading range is narrowing significantly, increasing the likelihood of a major shift. 4iG: We’re seeing buying opportunities emerge within the downtrend. It wouldn’t take much for a correction to begin.
The rally has reached the next level at 143,750, which could be a minor pause, but we cannot yet tell if it is a peak. It’s worth managing risk using the thin green trendline, which will reach the natural level of 134,375 within a few days. A minor correction may occur due to overbought conditions, but a pattern indicating a sustained trend reversal has not yet formed.
Resistance levels: 140,625; 143,750; 150,000.
Support levels: 134,375; 131,250; 125,000.
The correction may be coming to an end, and a long wave could begin once the trend line is broken. If the price closes above 3,906, 4,062 could be easily reached. There is strong resistance at 4,375 and 3,750 is the support level; the price should not fall below this level, which also serves as the risk management level.
Resistance levels: 4,375; 4,563; 4,750.
Support levels: 3,750; 3,438.
Breaking through the 12,500 resistance level could be the key to further gains. Until it breaks above this level, the bullish trend won’t be able to fully develop. 11,875 is now a support level, and if it can stay above it, the bullish trend could begin. A higher swing low could also help the reversal take shape.
Resistance levels: 13,125; 13,438; 13,750.
Support levels: 11,875; 10,940; 10,625; 10,313; 10,000; 9,688; 9,065; 8,750.
If the minor uptrend that began a few days ago does not reach a new high, it could develop into a reversal pattern. If it hits a lower swing high, another downward wave could follow, but the 2,500 level could still prove to be strong support. The thick green uptrend line is still very far away, so there is no sign of a significant decline yet.
Resistance levels: 2,734; 2,813.
Support levels: 2,500; 2,375; 2,250.
The downtrend remains intact; there have been no significant changes. Price volatility is narrowing, which could lead to a larger move soon. A break below the level around 344 could trigger a decline toward the previous low. If it does not reach a new low, a change could occur—possibly a reversal pattern. It’s worth keeping an eye on the thin red trendline; as long as it remains intact, it’s not advisable to look for an entry on the long side.
Resistance levels: 406; 437; 468; 500
Support levels: 375; 343; 313; 281; 250; 218.
The downtrend is still intact, but the buying interest seen yesterday could signal a short-covering rally. A break above the red trendline is a possibility; since the price hasn’t yet hit a new low, a long signal could even emerge. However, a reversal would require several consecutive days of upward movement accompanied by higher volume. Until that happens, the possibility of a new low remains.
Resistance levels: 2,500; 3,125; 3,750.
Support levels: 1,563; 1,250.
