Why India?
India is the world’s most populous country and has been one of the world’s fastest-growing economies over the past two decades. Today, India is the world’s sixth-largest economy, and according to the prime minister’s plans, the country is set to be transformed into a developed economy by 2047, the centennial of its independence. We present India, which is also featured in our Investment Outlook, in a multi-part analysis, focusing primarily on the country’s economy and its key stages of development in this first installment.
Space stocks have skyrocketed
Space stocks have skyrocketed in recent weeks as investor interest in SpaceX’s upcoming IPO continues to grow. The anticipated IPO of the world’s best-known space company has also fueled demand for space industry stocks already trading on the market. Due to limited supply, the influx of capital is concentrated on a small number of stocks, resulting in rapid and significant price increases. However, this could be a double-edged sword, as if SpaceX’s debut fails to clear the high bar set for it, disappointment could easily spread to the entire sector. In our analysis, we present three space industry players already listed on the stock market.
In our latest dividend calendar, we examined, by sector, how much in dividends the better-known companies in the Stoxx 600 index are likely to pay.
Our dividend calendar lists the stocks in the European Stoxx 600 index and the expected dividend yields for those stocks. For the Stoxx 600, we examined the index’s sectors separately and included the larger, better-known companies and their expected dividend yields in our calendar. For this, we used the dividend expectations from the Bloomberg database; however, it is worth noting that the final dividend approved by the company’s general meeting may differ from this; the database includes previously announced or expected dates regarding the dividend payment schedule and the timing of the general meeting; in some cases, no date has been announced or is only indicative at this time.
